What is Strategic Wellness?

Strategic Wellness is an idea, a philosophy, and way of being that focuses on fostering greater health and vitality for all. It is infused into all I do as a coach, educator and facilitator. 

It is an educational, experiential, and curiosity-based approach to my work - designed to discover opportunities to creatively map wellness practices onto our everyday lives to cultivate long-term resilience and high quality output.
